Bitwell Affiliate Programme Terms Version 1.0 Effective 6 October 2026 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to participate. 2. Commission Eligible affiliates earn 20% of Commissionable Revenue from directly attributed Auto Tab Cleaner Pro subscriptions. Commissionable Revenue means subscription fees actually received by Bitwell from an attributed customer, less the PayPal or payment-processing fee attributable to that payment and any refunds, reversals or chargebacks. Commission is rounded to the nearest penny for each eligible payment. 3. Attribution Your account receives one permanent referral code. Referral-link attribution may be stored for up to 90 days where the visitor permits referral storage. A valid referral code entered during checkout may also be used. Once a customer is permanently attributed, that attribution is not silently replaced. Self-referrals are prohibited. Affiliates may refer another affiliate, but there is no multi-level commission: you earn only from customers directly attributed to you. 4. Pending period and payouts Commission normally remains pending for 30 days before becoming available. The minimum payout is £10. Payouts are sent using PayPal to the payout details on your affiliate account. Bitwell currently covers the separate cost of sending an affiliate payout. Failed, blocked, returned or refunded payouts may be restored or reconciled in the affiliate ledger. 5. Refunds and reversals Refunded, reversed or charged-back revenue is not commissionable. Related affiliate commission may be reduced, reversed or, where it has already been paid, held for reconciliation against future amounts. 6. Promotion rules You must clearly disclose that you may earn commission. Do not spam, impersonate Bitwell, make misleading claims, publish fake reviews, use deceptive redirects, or bid on Bitwell or Auto Tab Cleaner trademarks in paid search without written permission. Do not register domains or accounts intended to mislead people into believing you are Bitwell. 7. Payout and tax details You are responsible for keeping your payout information accurate and for your own tax obligations. Bitwell may pause a payout where fraud, reversal, account-security or payment issues require review. 8. Suspension and termination Bitwell may suspend or terminate participation for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, self-referral, breach of these Terms or material risk to Bitwell or its customers. Legitimately earned outstanding commission will be handled according to the ledger and any applicable reversals or disputes. 9. Changes Bitwell may change the programme prospectively. Material changes will apply under a new Terms version and may require acceptance before continued participation. 10. Records Bitwell records the Terms version accepted by an affiliate and the time of acceptance for programme administration and audit purposes.
